Carolyn Quimby is a writer and editor in the greater New York area.
By day, she works in academic textbook publishing. By night, she reviews fiction novels for Kirkus; writes for Chronogram, a monthly arts and culture magazine in the Hudson Valley; and blogs about books for her blog That Worn Book Smell.
She’s currently an intern with The Millions, an online site offering coverage on books, arts, and culture since 2003.
Her work was featured in “A Slant of Life: Contemporary Women Writers of the Hudson Valley” which won the 2013 USA Today Best Book Awards in the “Fiction: Anthologies” category.
